Pods Packaging Line is a fully integrated, automated production system specially designed for B-end daily chemical customers, dedicated to the efficient, standardized and large-scale production of laundry pods and detergent capsules. As a turnkey solution integrating pre-processing, pod forming, post-packaging and quality inspection, it covers the entire production process from detergent raw material mixing to finished product packaging, effectively solving the pain points of low efficiency, inconsistent quality and high labor costs in traditional manual or semi-automatic production lines.

The whole line adopts a modular and standardized design, which can be flexibly combined and customized according to the production scale, product specifications and process requirements of B-end customers. Its core components include Detergent Mixing Tank for raw material dissolution and mixing, Flat/Drum type Water Soluble Film Packaging Machine for pod forming, filling and sealing, as well as supporting post-processing equipment such as Pods Pouches Packing Machine, Pods Box Packing Machine, Pods Labeling Machine and Pods Lid Pressing Machine, forming a seamless connection of the whole production process without manual transfer. Equipped with advanced PLC intelligent control system, high-precision servo drive and multi-level detection mechanism, the line realizes full-process automatic operation, including automatic feeding, precise dosing, film forming, sealing, cutting, counting, packaging, labeling and lid pressing, with a counting accuracy of up to 99% and high production efficiency, which can meet the needs of large-scale mass production and flexible production of multiple specifications.
