In 2018 and 2019, we successfully completed the R&D and acceptance of the first domestic laundry pods packaging equipment of P&G and Unilever. At present, our sales share about 70% in domestic market, and our water-soluble film packaging machinery is in the leading position in the industry.

Mr.Zhang is not only the founder of Guangzhou Tongchuang intelligent packaging machinery Co.,Ltd but also an experienced senior engineer who has been engaged in packaging machinery design and development for 18 years and obtained more than 120 innovative practical and design patent certifications.

He began to focus on the R&D of laundry pods packaging equipment and domestic and overseas markets since 2015. In 2018 and 2019, he led the team to successfully complete the R&D and acceptance of the first domestic laundry pods packaging equipment of P&G and Unilever. He founded the Tongchuang machinery in July 2021 and began to independently produce and develop laundry pods packaging equipment.

At present, we have experienced and mature team, our sales share about 70% in domestic market, and our water-soluble film packaging machinery is in the leading position in the industry.

The R&D and sales of flat-panel equipment have achieved remarkable results with positive feedback. We have participated in the Russia Exhibition and Canton Fair, visited customers in many countries in Central Asia(including Russia), Europe, Southeast Asia, the Middle East and other regions, and meanwhile reached cooperation intentions with globalbead raw material (liquid, powder, water-soluble film) suppliers.

2024

We expanded the foreign trade team toexpand overseas business.Currently,2024 our annual sales volume has reached80 units.

2023

We participated in the Shanghai washing and Care Exhibition in August, Nanjing International Daily chemical Products Exhibition in November. Our equipment not only sold well inside, but also expanded overseas markets. We completed the equipment exports to Vietnam, South Korea, India, Malaysia and other countries. The annual total sales is 65 units, which shared about 70% in the domestic market.

2022

We attended the Guangzhou PCE cleaning products exhibition for the first time, and achieved 31 units domestic sales in 2022.

2021

Tongchuang intelligent packaging team was officially established in July and began to independently produce and develop laundry pods packaging equipment.

2019

We successfully completed the R&D and acceptance of the first domestic laundry pods packaging equipment of Unilever.
